Our client is a food manufacturing giant with sites and offices across England, Spain, and France. Due to company growth, they are recruiting for an IT Support/Systems Administrator to join their tech team based in North West London.
The Role
* Maintain, configure, and ensure reliable operation of computer systems, servers, networks, and virtualization.
* Install and upgrade hardware and software, manage virtual servers, and automate processes.
* Monitor performance, plan capacity, and oversee storage and database performance.
* Troubleshoot servers, document issues, prioritize problems, and assess their impact.
* Lead desktop and helpdesk support, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
Your Profile
To qualify for this North London-based role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in IT support, network, and system administration roles. You should be willing to get hands-on, eager to learn and develop. The role requires you to be in the office at least half of the week, and flexibility is essential due to the support nature of the role.
