We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead our L&D function and join our award winning team at The Cambridge. We are looking for someone who invests in the learning and development of others, is energetic and creative whilst inspiring others to take ownership of their individual development. The ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally and challenge, coach and provide support at all levels is essential.
Salary and working hours
Starting salary £40,000 per annum
Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:00pm (36.25 hours per week)
Hybrid working, 2 days per week from our Head Office (Cambridge)
