As an experienced AWS Cloud Platform Engineer, you'll be at the heart of innovation, architecting and optimising the cloud infrastructure that powers their proprietary CRM platform. Your Exciting Mission:
* Design and implement groundbreaking AWS cloud platform services that fuel product development and feature expansion
* Develop and maintain robust PHP-based solutions integrated with AWS cloud services
* Master AWS Kinesis for real-time data streaming and processing across multiple internal projects
* Configure and manage AWS Connect contact centre solutions to enhance customer communication capabilities
* Leverage cutting-edge AI technologies including Amazon SageMaker and Bedrock to build intelligent solutions
* Transform routine tasks through automation, dramatically improving system efficiency
* Optimise AWS cloud infrastructure to deliver unmatched performance, scalability, and security
* Leverage advanced monitoring tools including Grafana, CloudWatch, and DataDog to ensure peak system performance
* Troubleshoot complex cloud platform challenges across development, testing, and production environments
* Implement fortress-like security practices across all AWS infrastructure and services
* Collaborate with brilliant development teams to build robust, high-performance cloud environments
* Drive innovation by staying ahead of emerging AWS technologies and AI solutions
Essential Requirements
MUST HAVE:
• Extensive PHP coding experience with cloud integration
• Advanced AWS Kinesis experience for real-time data processing
• Expert-level AWS Connect experience for contact centre solutions
• Commercial AI experience using Amazon SageMaker, Bedrock, and LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)
Additional Requirements:
* 3+ years experience as Cloud Platform Engineer or DevOps Engineer
* Unix system administration
* CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, CircleCI)
* Containerisation (Docker, Amazon ECS, ECR)
* AWS services (EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, SQS, OpenSearch, ElastiCache)
* Database experience (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB)
* Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
* Networking (VPCs, Security Groups, VPN, DNS)
* Monitoring tools (Sentry, Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch)
* Version control (GitLab)
* Additional coding languages (Python, JavaScript, Bash, Node.js)
Desirable Skills
* AWS certifications
* Automated testing and code quality tools
* Google Cloud Platform knowledge
* API management (AWS API Gateway)
* Contact centre analytics experience
