Job Description

As Field Marketing Manager for EMEA, you'll be at the heart of our growth engine across Northern Europe, with a primary focus on the UK (our #1 growth market) and expanding territories including the Netherlands and new business opportunities.

This isn't your typical sales enablement role. You'll own the entire go-to-market strategy for your region from designing commercial offerings and creating high-impact campaigns to orchestrating key commercial moments throughout the year. Think major sporting events, cultural moments, product launches, and strategic industry activations where you'll drive the vision, coordinate stakeholders (Social, PR, Events), and ensure brand alignment.

Reporting to the Field Marketing Director, you'll work closely with Sales Leads and VPs across multiple countries, requiring sharp communication skills, empathy, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments remotely.

What You'll Do

GTM Strategy & Commercial Offerings

* Design and launch tailored commercial offerings for EMEA markets (UK priority, Netherlands, new business territories)
* Build the annual commercial calendar identify key moments (industry events, seasonal opportunities, product launches) and create go-to-market campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue
* Define KPIs, track performance, and iterate based on data and market insights

Campaign Orchestration & Execution

* Lead end-to-end campaign development from concept to delivery across Social, PR, Events, and partnerships
* Coordinate with Brand, Comms, and Product Marketing to ensure alignment while maintaining creative autonomy
* Develop high-quality sales enablement assets that support your commercial offerings you're the strategic architect, not an execution assistant

Sales Partnership & Stakeholder Leadership

* Partner with Sales Leads and VPs across UK, Netherlands, and new markets to solve real business challenges
* Navigate multi-stakeholder environments remotely with empathy, influence, and strong communication
* Balance regional priorities with international alignment you'll lead without direct authority

Thought Leadership & Market Presence

* Elevate Dailymotion Advertising's visibility through compelling content, executive positioning, and storytelling
* Build our reputation as a strategic partner in the EMEA adtech and CTV ecosystem


Qualifications

Must-haves

* 2+ years of experience in field marketing or GTM roles : within adtech, CTV, or digital advertising environments (experience with AI-powered solutions is a strong plus)
* Sharp and strategic mindset : You grasp business challenges quickly and translate them into impactful marketing strategies
* Hands-on execution mentality : You own your work end-to-end and thrive with autonomy
* Excellent stakeholder management skills : You'll work remotely with Sales Leads, VPs, and cross-functional teams; empathy, proactivity, and clear communication are essential
* Deep understanding of UK and Northern European markets : You know the adtech landscape, buyer behaviors, and cultural nuances
* Proactive and disciplined remote worker : You keep teams aligned, manage priorities independently, and don't need constant check-ins
* Strong English communication skills : French is a plus but not required

Location & Travel

* Based in London, UK : Hybrid setup with 3 days/week at our coworking space (The Ministry, Borough Road)
* Occasional travel required : London Paris and London Amsterdam

Nice-to-haves

* Experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up in adtech, programmatic, or CTV
* Background working with complex, international sales organizations
* Familiarity with workflow optimization and "less is more" approaches you prioritize impact over volume
* Strong educational background (business school, engineering school, or equivalent)
