We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to ensure the seamless operation of our data systems, driving efficiency and accuracy across our financial and operational processes. The Role We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to maintain data integrity, manage rate settings across our room management system, online travel agents, and website, and enhance system integrations. This role involves ensuring accurate financial transactions, improving reporting, supporting system migrations, and undertaking key projects to elevate our resorts operations. Key Responsibilities Upload and validate data from Excel into core systems, ensuring accuracy in rate settings and financial records. Develop and customize reports using report writer tools to provide actionable insights. Enhance integration between guest management, accounting, and banking systems, utilizing workflow modules and data quality checks. Assist the accounts team with ad-hoc tasks, including bank reconciliations and shared financial functions. Support the implementation of new systems and contribute to advanced projects based on your expertise. Customize systems to improve data workflows and operational efficiency. The scope of responsibilities will be tailored to the successful candidates experience, with more advanced projects assigned to those with greater expertise. What Were Looking For Experience: Approximately 7 years in a relevant data analyst role (real estate experience not required). Essential Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.). Highly Desirable: Database end-user skills (e.g., SQL, Access). Experience with report writer tools or database customization. Programming skills (e.g., VBA) valuable but not essential, used minimally if available. Experience implementing new systems or working with accounting/banking systems. Personal Attributes: Highly organized, methodical, detail-oriented, self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving skills.
