Position: Guest Relations and Reservations Agent Location: Chigwell/Romford Salary: £1000 Travel We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Relations and Reservations Agent. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and managing reservations for our establishment. Your Responsibilities: Address day-to-day traveller and guest inquiries received by the guest services team as the main point of contact for the business traveller. Handle client accommodation requests efficiently. Coordinate with serviced apartment properties and relevant stakeholders to meet guest requests promptly and to high standards. Manage any changes to stays – such as cancellations and extensions. Follow operational protocols to complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently. Address and resolve any issues or complaints raised by guests to ensure satisfaction. Undertake any additional tasks as required by the management team. Ability to suggest process improvements and implement best practice. Desirable Skills, Qualities, and Experience: At least six months of prior experience in a customer/guest services position. Strong business acumen. Outstanding communication capabilities. Self-driven with a focus on achieving results. Thorough attention to detail. Proficient problem-solving skills. Task prioritisation and adjusting approach as needed. Guest services experience: 1 year (preferred). Hospitality experience: 1 year (preferred). Requirements: Valid work visa for the UK. Excellent communication skills. Valid UK Driving Licence preferable. The successful candidate must pass a background verification.
