Our client is looking for a Salesforce Release Manager to join their team on a six month initial contract, working Inside IR35 and required to go to site in Milton Keynes three times a week.
They are seeking an experienced Salesforce Release Manager to oversee and govern the release management lifecycle of Salesforce solutions across their client's digital estate. This role is critical in ensuring that platform changes are delivered securely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
You will coordinate across technology and business teams to manage the release calendar, safeguard platform integrity, and ensure all deployments into test and production environments follow robust change management practices
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Strong background in Salesforce release management within regulated environments (preferably financial services or banking).
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployments (including use of version control, metadata APIs, and deployment automation tools).
* Working knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and ITIL change control frameworks.
* Solid understanding of data governance, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and FCA compliance as it relates to technology delivery.
* Excellent coordination and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to interface with governance boards and technology leadership.
