Warehouse Operative - Broughton
* £ £15.04 an hour

Hours:
* 12 hours Saturday+Sunday + 1 midweek day
The role of Warehouse Operative:
* Pick, check, store and pack goods either manually or using RF technology to a high standard of accuracy.
* Load and unload trailers safely and in line with company procedures
* Report any errors, damages or quality issues found whilst undertaking duties.
* Accurate input of data into Company computer systems and manual records
* Work to standard operating procedures in line with company policy.
* Achieve the targets (KPIs) and job standards.
* Maintain high standards of site house-keeping
* Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness and report any areas of concern immediately.
* Assist with inventory counting and stock investigations when necessary.
* Put suggestions for improvements forward where appropriate.
* Assist other team members as necessary.
* Support Colleagues and Team Leader with all day to day tasks.
* To action any other elements to fulfil the operational needs of the business and undertake any other reasonable duties as allocated
The ideal Warehouse Operative:
Essential:
* Good communication skills and the ability to speak, read and write basic English
* Able to follow instructions
* Able to work under pressure to targets and deadlines
* Numerical and focused on accuracy.
* Basic computer literacy and experience of data inputting
* Awareness of Health & Safety regulations, including manual handling
* Good attention to detail.
* Able to work as part of a team
Desirable:
* Previous experience of working within a Warehouse environment
* Able to use initiative and identify issues at work and suggest options for improvement
* FLT Counterbalance and Reach Licence
