Location: Leeds (Hybrid)
Salary: £32,000 - £50,000 DOE
Contract: Permanent | Full-Time
The Opportunity Were looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join a well-established and forward-thinking property team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with commercial property experience who is working towards MRICS or keen to start the APC pathway, with full support provided.
Youll manage a diverse commercial property portfolio, working closely with clients, tenants, and professional advisors while continuing to build your technical expertise and professional profile.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of a mixed commercial property portfolio
2. Act as a key contact for tenants and clients
3. Prepare and manage service charge budgets and reconciliations
4. Support lease events, including rent reviews, renewals, and regears
5. Instruct and liaise with agents, contractors, and professional advisors
6. Assist with asset management initiatives to enhance property value
