Early Years Tutor (Remote/Online Delivery)

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Early Years Tutor to support learners undertaking Early Years and Education qualifications. This is an excellent opportunity to join a learner-focused environment where you will play a key role in developing knowledge, skills, and confidence across the sector.

About the Role

As an Early Years Tutor, you will deliver high-quality training and coaching through online sessions, supporting learners throughout their programmes. You will monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure learners are equipped to achieve their qualifications within agreed timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging online training sessions and one-to-one learner support
• Support learners to achieve timely completion of their qualifications
• Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Provide detailed and constructive feedback on assignments and portfolio evidence
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with learners and employers
• Adapt delivery to meet individual learner needs and learning styles
• Promote and uphold safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion at all times

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual with experience in Early Years, Education, or Childcare, and a genuine passion for supporting learners to succeed.

You will bring strong communication and organisational skills, along with the ability to engage and motivate individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in Early Years, Education, or Childcare
• Strong knowledge of Early Years frameworks, including ages 0–5
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to motivate, support, and engage learners
• Up-to-date industry knowledge
• Good IT skills and confidence using online learning platforms

Desirable

• Teaching or assessing qualification (e.g., AET, TAQA, CAVA)
• Experience delivering apprenticeships or adult learning programmes
• Experience within Further Education or training environments
