Job Title: Sous Chef
Location: Near Otley
Salary: £36k Base + £5K tips Min
Hours: 45 hours per week – 4 Day Week !

The Opportunity
Are you a talented Junior Sous Chef ready to take the next step? This is your chance ! Working alongside the Head Chef who leads from the front, you’ll be part of a close-knit team known for its fresh home grown produce, from Fruit and Vegetables to Livestock you can expect toe to tail cooking, professionalism, and positive work culture.
The menu features a variety of fresh, seasonal dishes, all made and grown in-house or foraged nearby, meaning your menu can change 3 Times a week! You’ll have creative freedom and the opportunity to contribute your own specials while helping drive high standard. The site is being heaily invested in with the hopes to acheive a Green Star & Michelin bib in the future.
This is calm restaurant with around 60 covers per service. You will work closely with the Head Chef who is hands on and found leading from the front on the pass. The Kitchen team are friendly and passionate, there is very low staff turnover here and once you join the team you’ll understand why. It’s a friendly bunch of proffessionals (no egos) wanting to make great fresh food creating their own seasonal specials, They have a great service and go home with the ability to switch off on their days off knowing things are running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For
2+ years’ experience in a Junior Sous position
Comfortable managing service in the Head Chefs absence
A team player with a no-ego attitude and passion for quality food
Someone who loves fresh clean produce
Love creating dishes and grow their ability
