Salt are working with a great organisation to find a Communications and Engagement Manager on an initial 26-week contract.
You’ll develop and deliver internal communications and engagement activity to support workplace transformation, ensuring staff are informed, engaged, and supported throughout the change.
* £37 per hour (inside IR35)
* London (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead communication and engagement plans for workplace and relocation projects
* Create clear, engaging content across email, intranet, newsletters, SharePoint, and events
* Coordinate campaigns to ensure consistent messaging around change, timelines, and impacts
* Support engagement events, workshops, and drop-ins to gather feedback and encourage participation
* Maintain a forward communications calendar and ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and brand consistency
Requirements:
* Proven experience in internal or change communications, ideally within large organisations or public sector
* Excellent written, verbal, and storytelling skills
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities
* Creative and proactive approach to engagement using digital and in-person channels
* Understanding of workplace change, facilities management, or organisational transformation is advantageous
