Job Title: Product Liability Paralegal
Location: Central Manchester
Hours: (3 days office-based, 2 days from home)
Salary: £26,000
The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Product Liability Paralegal to join a highly regarded Group Litigation team based in Central Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and dynamic team handling complex, high-value multi-claimant matters against major organisations.
You will play a key role in supporting fee earners on large-scale litigation cases, gaining exposure to high-profile work and developing your career within a specialist area of law.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting on group litigation and product liability claims from inception through to resolution
* Managing aspects of large claimant files, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout
* Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court forms
* Conducting legal research and reviewing evidence
* Liaising with clients, experts, counsel, and third parties
* Supporting with disclosure, document review, and case preparation
* Ensuring all work is carried out in line with regulatory and procedural requirements
About You
* Previous experience within a litigation or commercial litigation/ product liability environment (paralegal or similar)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume workload
* Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
* Confident liaising with clients and stakeholders
* A genuine interest in group litigation and complex claimant work
* Ambition to build a long-term career within litigation
