The Role
The Program Coordinator assumes a pivotal role, working closely with the Principal and the administrative team to shape the school's identity. Educational leadership is a key responsibility, involving the active development and promotion of the school's values, ethos, and priorities. The Program Coordinator champions a collaborative approach, encouraging not only staff but also volunteers and community members to actively share ownership of the school's vision and goals. Overseeing school operations, the Program Coordinator is instrumental in ensuring the effective operation of the school. This includes the delivery of the School Plan through decision-making, policy development, and the establishment of systems that align with the school's overarching objectives.
