Forum CIO are recruiting for a Community Resilience Co-ordinator to join our Sector Support NEL team.
Salary: £30,855 pro rata (£25,018 actual)
Hours: 30 hours per week
We are seeking a proactive and collaborative professional to work alongside Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations across North East Lincolnshire. The role focuses on strengthening local provision that supports people in crisis, such as food and advice services, and builds community resilience. You will work strategically with partners, facilitate collaboration, support organisational development, improve data and reporting systems, and communicate local provision effectively. The post also involves partnership working with the local authority, reporting outcomes to funders, and representing the programme locally.
What is important to us is:
* Experience of working with VCSE or community organisations and an understanding of the challenges they face
* The ability to build strong partnerships, communicate clearly and influence a wide range of stakeholders
* Confidence in coordinating projects, managing information and using data to demonstrate impact
* A values‑led approach, with a commitment to equality and inclusion and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
