Job Title: Social Worker - NeighbourhoodLocation: TraffordPay Rate: £30 Per Hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a Neighbourhood Team based in Trafford.
What will your responsibilities be?
* The teams support adults with various needs, including:
o Long-term conditions
o Preparing for adulthood
o Adults at risk due to drug or alcohol abuse
o Hoarding behaviour
o Dementia
* The role is for a skilled and motivational social worker.
* Key responsibilities include:
o Conducting social work assessments and interventions
o Using a strength-based and person-centred approach
* Additional duties involve:
o Responding effectively to safeguarding enquiries
o Ensuring compliance with the Care Act and local policies and procedures

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience. Why Liquid Personnel?
