PDG Advertising is growing. We’re looking for a Paid Ads Manager who’s confident, professional, and results-driven to join our team. You’ll manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta and Google, and support creative direction, strategy, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, launch, and optimise Meta and Google campaigns
* Report on KPIs with a focus on ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversion rate
* Guide creative and copy development based on data
* Manage budgets confidently across multiple accounts
* Test new platforms and ad types (TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Work closely with clients and internal team members
* Work to be at the leading edge of experience in paid advertising
What Are We Looking For:
* 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience
* Deep knowledge of Meta and Google Ads platforms
* Strong communication skills
* Strategic thinker with attention to detail
* Comfortable in a hybrid work environment
* Additional ad platforms knowledge an advantage e.g. TikTok
What Do We Offer:
* Pay of between £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
* 20 days of annual leave + Northern Ireland statutory holidays.
