Job Title: Care Assistant – Mornings & Flexible Hours
Location: Fareham
Pay: £16.59 – £17.15 per hour (weekday/weekend and holiday pay included)
Job Type: Part-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekend availability (at least 3 days a week)
Availability
* Morning shifts: 7:00–13:00 (option to extend into the afternoon for extra hours)
* Flexible day shifts: 9:30–13:00 and 17:15–22:00 (afternoon free)

What the work actually looks like
You will help clients maintain independence in their own homes – supporting with personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts, and friendly conversation. Some days may involve accompanying clients to GP appointments.
