IT Support Analyst
My Yorkshire based client is looking to recruit an experienced IT Support Analyst with proven expertise working within the professional services sector.
As IT Support Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the firm's IT systems. Acting as a first point of contact for technical issues, you'll provide 1st and 2nd line support to colleagues across 2 Yorkshire based offices,
As Support Analyst, you will work in a hands on capacity supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, and endpoint management tools. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in AI and automation initiatives.
Within this role, the IT Support Analyst will :
1. Provide responsive 1st and 2nd line IT support, managing incidents and service requests via the helpdesk system
2. Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
3. Support Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive
4. Assist with user account administration in Microsoft Entra ID and device management via Intune
5. Monitor and support infrastructure across on-premise and Azure environments
6. Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, including account setup and equipment allocation
7. Liaise with third-party providers and escalate issues where necessary
