What you will do:
* Collaborate to manage cases of high sensitivity and complexity, providing specialist advice and consultation.
* Conduct thorough assessments, interventions, and therapeutic services for children and their families.
* Gather, investigate, evaluate, and analyse comprehensive information to create clear assessments and action plans.
* Develop a holistic view of the individual, incorporating educational, social, and health needs.
* Ensure case management complies with statutory requirements and organisational policies.
* Identify opportunities for service enhancement and promote continuous improvement.
* Prepare and submit high-quality written reports, including statements and care plans for legal proceedings.
* Represent the team in meetings, working parties, and collaborative forums.
* Maintain detailed case records to support resource planning and service optimisation.
* Act as a duty worker when required and provide guidance and supervision to team members.
* Demonstrate leadership and decision-making skills, meeting organisational standards and adapting effectively to change.
