Overview
Customer Service Extraordinaire - As a dedicated Team Member, you'll be the face of Home Bargains, delivering outstanding customer service with enthusiasm. From assisting with product queries to ensuring prompt and friendly service, you play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers with product queries to create a welcoming atmosphere.
* Support fellow team members in delivering excellence across the board, including putting out stock, ensuring products are available and presentable, and maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout the store.
* Work across multiple areas such as tills, Café, Bakery, and garden centres; handle cash transactions; ensure shelves are stocked and rotated seamlessly. Be adaptable to different store areas as required.
Qualifications
* Demonstrate a good understanding of customer service
* Experience of cash handling and working in a retail environment
* Experience of manual handling and stock replenishment
* Hardworking and reliable
* Polite and professional

Salary & Hours
* £12.21 per hour (18-20), £12.50 per hour (21+)
* 16 hours per week (evenings and weekends)
