Our client is a privately owned, award-winning infrastructure company with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the public, private, and third sectors. Their strong track record of completing work on time, on budget, and with a strong safety focus has resulted in long-standing relationships and regular repeat business. * Proven experience in a similar HSQE role, ideally within construction or infrastructure environments.
* Strong background in accident investigation and root cause analysis.
* Ability to build rapport with Site Managers and team members, promoting a positive safety culture.
* Excellent IT abilities and strong reporting skills.
* Clear and confident communication skills at all levels.
* Ability to work independently with sound judgement and initiative.
* A proactive mindset, capable of anticipating future risk based on work pipelines.
* High levels of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail.
* Experience delivering training, toolbox talks, or educational HSQE initiatives.

If you’re a forward-thinking HSQE professional looking to join a successful and respected organisation, we would love to hear from you.
