We're recruiting for a new Care Coordinator to support our Hull home care service. Our Care Coordinators are excellent organisers, communicators, mentors, motivators, problem solvers and team players. They're the glue that holds our services together. Key Responsibilities
* Planning care calls and producing efficient daily care worker rosters using our UniqueIQ system. The advance roster must be created in advance of a minimum of one week, ideally two weeks in advance.
* Facilitating customer care assessments and reviews.
* Close cooperation with The Local Authority and potential customers to gain new contracts, and all tasks relevant to the enquiries.
* Supervisory responsibility for frontline staff including care worker supervisions, on-site spot checks and competency assessments.
* Supporting recruitment by interviewing care worker applicants.
* Creating new care staff users on the UniqueIQ.
* Creating new customer users on the UniqueIQ.
* Assisting carers with mobile phones (set up, monitoring, support).
* Supporting with medication checks, transcribing and e‑MAR chart audits.
* Completing ECM system reconciliations (CM 2000 and IQ Timecard).
* Being a consistent point of contact for customer queries and issues.
* Maintaining the training matrix and evidence within UniqueIQ.
* Participating in the service's on‑call rota (this is paid on top of salary, one in four weeks).
* Undertaking other office duties as required.
Qualifications
Please note, applicants must be car drivers with access to their own transport; must have previous experience in health and social care, preferably with a level 3 qualification or equivalent.
Remuneration and Working Hours
* Annual Salary: £27,113.14
* Working 37.5 hours a week
* Participating in the on‑call rota is a requirement for the role (1 in 4 weeks, payment is paid on top of salary £270 for the week).
