This role is key to ensuring smooth coordination between customers, the sales team, and operations. You’ll handle quotations, orders and processing of invoices using our freight management system and provide excellent customer service within a fast paced logistics environment. Training will be provided to the successful candidate therefore freight industry experience and accounting experience is not essential.

Key Responsibilities include issuing customer invoices and credits and handling customer enquiries relating to billing and delivery.

You will have strong communication and numeracy skills and will be organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
