Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a competent IT user, with excellent communication skills and an understanding of the importance of internal and external customer care. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with our clientele.
Responsibilities and duties will include:
* Implement account strategies for new and existing customers to maximise sales
* Establishing excellent customer relationships both internally and externally
* Maintain technical competence with company system
* Strong relationship and communication skills
* Log customer information and call reporting in the CRM database
* Negotiating and finalising purchase orders/contracts with customers
* Manage and keep track of own orders and enquiries within system
