The Role
Our agency offers the following services: Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads,
TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, Pinterest Ads, and SEO. We frequently deliver the full suite of
these services to our clientele. We are looking for a Project Manager to take charge
of the oversight and development of these client campaigns. A solid grasp of the
functionalities across the aforementioned advertising channels is essential, allowing
you to propose the most effective solutions. Rest assured, you will not be required to
create the actual adverts. The implementation of your strategic action plan will be
carried out by your dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating marketing concepts and developing the client's monthly strategy.
- Monitoring performance metrics and appropriate course correction.
- Sustained and proactive engagement with the client.
- Producing reports and recommendations, followed by client presentations.
- Delegating and supervising tasks to ensure timely completion (this excludes
creating visuals, ad copy, or managing advertising accounts).
- Providing support to the sales team by assisting with client proposal
preparation.
Essential Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in a comparable role (we will, however, consider highly
motivated candidates who are eager to learn and demonstrate alignment with
the company's core values).
- Solid expertise in Social Media Advertising.
- A thorough understanding of SEO.
- A thorough understanding of Google Ads.
- The ability to communicate articulately and demonstrate strong
decision-making skills.
- A proven aptitude for delegating tasks effectively within a team environment.
