Contributing to the commercial development plan for the venue and site. Creating strong partnerships to maximize stakeholder involvement. Supervising a team to deliver excellent service and ensure smooth event operations. Assisting in achieving departmental targets, standards, and service levels. Communicating and delegating daily tasks to the team. Managing inquiries in a prompt, friendly, and efficient manner.
