Partner Recruitment Coordinator
A prestigious US law firm based in the heart of the City is seeking a Partner Recruitment Coordinator to join their growing London office. * Salary to £52,000
* 09:30-17:30 working hours

Partner Recruitment Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
* Proactive review of incoming lateral partner candidate submissions to accurately oversee recruiter representation and tracking.
* Coordinate multi time zone interview scheduling, room bookings and candidate/recruiter communications and prepare visual candidate schedules.
* Produce and track fee terms for partner hires; process placement fee invoices (Chrome River) and tracking of annual recruiter usage and expenditure.
* Gather and report recruitment stats data and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
* Liaise with international offices and business services for smooth recruitment operations.
* Prepare candidate materials for interviewers and liaison with marketing team on up to date firm and practice “sell” documentation.
* Coordinate with DILPR, HR and practice management teams on lateral orientation and onboarding for new partners.
Partner Recruitment Coordinator Skills & Requirements:
* 2+ years’ experience within a legal recruitment or HR team within a law firm.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and strong IT skills.
