I am working with a college in Wrexham who are urgently looking for an Employability Mentor to work at a nearby college for a few weeks starting immediately.
Some responsibilities include:
* Recruit and support learners across college sites.
* Deliver employability training and ensure learner progression.
* Provide pastoral support and manage learner caseloads.
* Liaise with referral agencies to maximise program uptake.
* Ensure accurate data recording for income and audit purposes.
* Arrange and monitor training placements and progress.
Requirements
* Must have a driving licence and use of a car.
* EWC certificate
* Educated to a minimum Level 4 qualification
* TAQA 3 Qualification
* DBS on the update service
