It is an exciting time to join the Development team within Online Grocery. The role focuses on various projects in the online space to drive operational metrics. The Development Co-Ordinator is responsible for translating strategic aims into deliverable projects that generate tangible results. You will oversee project delivery from start to finish, aiming to improve metrics across the online space. All projects should be delivered with a customer-centric mindset, considering cost-efficiency and innovation. Supporting senior and project managers with planning activities such as project plans and status reports Engaging with stores and stakeholders to support projects from initiation to completion Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, including new approaches and ideas Presenting findings to stakeholders and challenging current processes Managing diary and room bookings for key meetings Maintaining awareness of upcoming deadlines and activities This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. Candidate Profile
Knowledge of Online Grocery operations in store Project management experience Understanding of store processes and operational clock Commercial awareness and financial decision-making skills Full driving license and willingness to stay away from home when required Ability to analyze complex data for strategy and decision-making Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Strong communication skills Innovative, highly organized, and confident in networking Benefits
