Day Rate: £400 inside IR35
Start Date: 09/03/2026- 28/07/2026- 5 month contract

We have an exciting new contract opportunity with one of our top financial services clients, looking for a Scrum Master on a 5‑month contract.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
* Coach teams in Agile Scrum principles and best practices
* Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement
* Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritisation
* Drive transparency, inspection, and adaptation across delivery teams
* Promote collaboration between technical and business stakeholders
* Track and report on team performance metrics
Required Skills/Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
* Minimum 5 years experience as a Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and frameworks
* Proven ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
* General conceptual understanding of programming and database querying
* Experience working with Agile project management tools such as Jira
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
Desirable Skills/Experience
* SAFe Certification
* Kanban Certification
* Experience working in Financial Services environments
