Salary: Starting salary - Up to £36k (with planned increments for 2 years)

Location: Chinley (SK23 6BT)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.

Alphagary, an Orbia business, is looking for a People Officer to be based at our Chinley Sitein Derbyshire.

Job Summary/ Purpose:

The role will focus on the following key areas:

1. Advising and supporting management team with all people-related matters and ER issues
2. Ensuring best-practice and legal compliance is observed within all people related matters at Chinley
3. Membership of Leadership Team (gravitas / trusted partner) - play an active role in Chinley site leadership
4. Leadership of Management Capability programme (design, deliver & evaluate modules)
