Leaders Romans Group is seeking a Client Accounts Assistant to join our busy office in Crowthorne House, Wokingham, on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assist branch staff with system errors and general queries via telephone and Help Desk within SLA.
2. Support Landlords with queries via telephone and email.
3. Update and reconcile suspense accounts.
4. Review Landlord and Tenant ledgers/accounts.
5. Process tenant deposit returns and ensure registration with deposit schemes.
6. Refund demands and fees generated in error.
7. Set up charges for rent, commissions, and other fees.
8. Transfer funds to balance ledgers.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
