We are currently recruiting an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to assist in running the home alongside the Registered Manager. This role involves:
1. Leading staff
2. Ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted
3. Contributing to care planning
4. Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
