Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional Account Executive to join our rapidly growing field team in London. Your primary responsibility will be to generate in-store sales and contribute to brand awareness and retail sales to influence Sunday Riley’s in-store success. You will have full ownership of sales performance, ATV/AUS growth, personal development and growth of the customer database by providing excellent & exceptional customer service.
Your main areas of focus will be to:
* To deliver exceptional customer service to all potential/actual customers.
* To consistently achieve and deliver the KPI targets.
* To develop excellent in-store relationships with management/peers.
* To know and understand sales achievements, figures and data and to have personal accountability for all deliverables.
Product Knowledge
1. To demonstrate an in depth and fluent knowledge of all the Sunday Riley products, collections, features and benefits through detailed training with the education team.
2. To have personal accountability for learning and development including own research and asking the back-office team for additional learning and questions. This includes attending all training provided and contributing to a group learning environment.
