We are looking for a highly capable and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our busy team on a twelve month fixed term contract. We are an ambitious business and have lot of exciting plans ahead. No previous office experience is required, you may be looking for a career change into an office environment, or looking for your first role having recently left Uni/college. You will however need to have the following skills: A strong communicator to engage with customers. Confidence on the phone to help people with queries, build relationships, and manage customer expectations. Confident decision maker. Ability to compose clear, informative and personal emails, paying attention to detail. Posses an enquiring mind, with the ability to investigate issues to find solutions for our customers. Build relationships with customers and teams across the business. Thrive on multi-tasking and a fast-paced environment. A quick learner of systems, processes, and products. Ability to work on multiple in-house computer systems Experience dealing with customers either face to face or on the phone would be an advantage. About the role The role consists of 60% admin and 40% dealing with phone orders and enquiries. Main duties Telephone calls/orders and maximising sales. Email and letter communication Delivery update correspondence with customers Courier reports and communication to customers on parcels Further investigation on payment details as required Handling of Complaints Offering internet support Product reviews What's in it for you?
