CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER PAID ADVERTISING Northern Ireland | Salary competitive If you are commercially minded, hands-on with paid media, and enjoy building trusted client relationships while driving measurable performance, this is a strong opportunity within a growing digital performance agency. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, delivery and client management. You will take ownership of paid advertising accounts across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, acting as both performance driver and primary client contact. The agency works across a varied client base spanning multiple sectors and budget levels. This is not a purely strategic oversight role, nor is it purely executional. It requires someone confident inside the platforms, comfortable with data, and commercially aware in client conversations. You will manage campaigns end-to-end while ensuring clients understand performance, return on investment and growth opportunities. Key responsibilities Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other relevant platforms Act as primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts Translate business objectives into measurable paid media strategy Monitor performance data, identify optimisation opportunities and implement improvements Present clear, commercially focused performance reports to clients Manage budgets responsibly and ensure efficient allocation of spend Work collaboratively with creative and digital colleagues where required Identify upsell and growth opportunities within existing accounts Maintain platform best practice and stay current with industry developments Skills and experience Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns, ideally within an agency or performance-focused environment Strong technical understanding of Google Ads and paid social platforms Comfortable analysing performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rate Ability to explain performance and strategy clearly to non-technical stakeholders Commercial awareness and understanding of client return expectations Ability to manage multiple accounts and competing deadlines Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Experience with analytics platforms, tracking implementation or conversion measurement would be advantageous What success looks like Consistent performance improvement across managed accounts Strong, trusted client relationships Clear and confident communication of strategy and results Responsible budget management and commercial judgement Contribution to client retention and account growth This is an opportunity to join a performance-led agency environment where accountability, clarity and measurable results are central.
