Key Responsibilities:
* Total Rewards Strategy: Design and implement a competitive global reward strategy that promotes a "Higher Reward for Higher Performance" philosophy.
* Compensation Management: Oversee executive compensation plans, ensuring alignment with business performance and pay equity across regions.
* Benefits Development: Create globally consistent yet locally relevant benefits programmes that align with our values of fairness and inclusivity.
* Performance Management: Establish a performance management system that connects individual and team achievements with company goals.
* Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to global labour laws and regulations, providing transparency in reward programmes.
What You Bring:
* Proven leadership in a global reward function.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
* Experience in managing compensation across diverse regions.
* Relevant qualifications in HR or a related field, with 10+ years in Compensation & Benefits.
