The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Aftersales Advisor should have:
10. Previous experience with dealing with complex queries and complaints.
11. Confident communication and active listening skills.
12. Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
13. Comfortable in using CRM systems.
14. Positive empathetic attitude.
15. Experience of working in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
