It's an incredibly exciting time to be part of the Loyalty team at Morrisons. We're evolving how we reward our customers, and we're looking for a Customer Loyalty Data & Insight Manager to join our Delivery & Analytics team.

If you love turning complex customer behaviours into tangible moments that drive real commercial growth, this is the role for you. As our new Data & Insight Manager, you won't just be looking at spreadsheets; you'll be the architect of customer engagement. You will lead a talented team to bridge the gap between raw data and creative marketing strategy.

Your mission? Ensure every offer, campaign, and touchpoint feels personal to our customers, driving the retention and sales growth that keeps Morrisons at the heart of our communities.

What You'll Do: Analyse customer, transactional, and behavioural data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the loyalty programme.
Develop customer segmentations and profiles to support personalisation strategies.
Turn "what happened" into "what we should do next," creating tailored experiences that resonate with different customer segments.
Manage a team of specialists to deliver high-quality reporting and actionable analytics.
Monitor performance to help pivot strategies to maximise ROI, engagement, and long term brand loyalty.
Support with the defining and delivery of the overall Customer Loyalty Strategy.
Support planning cycles by forecasting customer participation, sales uplift, and incremental value.
Partner with marketing, commercial, and digital teams to ensure loyalty activity aligns with business objectives.
Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, engaging manner.
Act as a data expert, ensuring that decisions are based on robust evidence and customer understanding
About you

You'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our loyalty offering through data driven insights. You will: Understand that great data is only valuable if it moves the needle on business goals.
Be comfortable navigating complex datasets and spotting the trends.
Proficiencient in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
See the "big picture" of the loyalty landscape while maintaining an eye for the technical details of data planning.
Enjoy working across teams (from Marketing to Tech) to bring customer-centric ideas to life
Have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and present findings simply.
Proven experience in data planning, insight, or analytics within loyalty, CRM, or customer marketing, ideally within retail, grocery or consumer facing loyalty.
Have strong communication skills with the ability to engage, present and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
