Realise provides tailored support for people who may be living with their family, living in their own accommodation or to those who wish to progress to more independent living.
A Positive Behaviour Support Worker is our most essential role. You will be working on 1:1 or 2:1 basis with a lady who is very active and enjoys outdoors. She has scheduled activities throughout the week.
She enjoys swimming and the gym, horse riding, walking (has a National Trust card) She has work experience once a week with animals. She also holds a pass for the aquarium in Plymouth.
Whilst at home, she enjoys her computers and gadgets and baking. She is very much an outdoors lady.

For this role, you will need to ensure you have:
* A full valid manual driving licence and your own vehicle.
* Knowledge of the area and able to commute to Wiveliscombe from your home location.
* Right to work in the UK (unfortunately we are not able to offer sponsorship).
* Experience in mental health and learning disabilities is desirable.
