What We're Looking For
* A Level 3 (or above) Early Years Qualification
* Proven experience in a childcare setting
* Genuine passion for early childhood education
* Commitment to safeguarding, including an enhanced DBS check and completion of our safer recruitment process
Your Key Responsibilities
* Support the Room Leader in planning and delivering exciting, EYFS-aligned activities
* Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
* Be a supportive, reliable team player
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers about their child's development
* Foster a stimulating, inclusive learning space
* Complete all required documentation accurately and on time
* Adhere to all safeguarding and company policies, reporting any concerns promptly
The Details
* Contract: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
* Salary: £28,204.80 pro rata
* Location: Hopscotch Nursery, Gosport
