* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments to evaluate students speech and language needs
* Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student goals
* Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEP requirements
* Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students overall development
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a holistic approach to student care
