Responsibilities
* Provide person‑centred care in line with individual care plans.
* Maintain verbal and written records and communicate effectively with service users and colleagues.
* Use spoken English professionally and be flexible to work varied hours and cover shifts as needed.
* Act as a strong team player committed to collaborative work within a care setting.
