Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Executive role based at Seal Bay Resort in the Greater Bournemouth Area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales of holiday homes and related offerings. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting property tours, following up on inquiries, preparing contracts, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service throughout the sales process. Collaboration with the wider team to meet sales targets and deliver an exceptional guest experience will be an integral aspect of the role.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in customer relationship management, including building and maintaining positive client relationships.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
* Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a results‑driven mindset.
* Experience in the holiday or hospitality industry is advantageous.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software is preferred.
* Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
