Job Description
We are partnered with a very well-established and global business who are seeking a Senior Assistant Company Secretary to work closely with the Company Secretary
Responsibilities:
* Board and Committee Support
* Managing processes including Regulatory Application process for the NEDs and the Subsidiary Accounts process
* Responsible for minuting meetings as and when required, ensuring that they an accurate reflection of the meeting and produced in a timely manner.
* Assisting with advising on best corporate governance practice and adherence to the relevant UK Corporate Governance and internal governance framework.
* Mentoring other members of the team
What you need:
* Experience as a Company Secretarial professional within Financial Services (ideally Insurance) and working in a regulated environment.
* Provision of board and committee support including minute taking.
* Liaising and building relationships with directors and senior management.
* Ideally a Chartered Company Secretary
