Corporate Manager – 37.5 hours per week
Starting salary £41,750 per annum, with room to develop and progress through the pay grade banding to £47,236 on a competency-based framework. We’re growing our fundraising team! You’ll be joining us at an exciting time for the organization, with a recent re-brand, a deep dive into fundraising, and the development of a new strategic income plan. Key Responsibilities
1. Create and develop strategies to engage partnerships with businesses to maximize income
2. Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners to grow income
3. Lead multiple projects ensuring their timely delivery and strategic alignment
4. Analyze data to track performance and inform decision-making
What We're Looking For
1. Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive delivery of the annual giving plan
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage and inspire
3. Strong networking abilities
4. Ability to build and maintain relations with corporate partners
5. Project management skills
6. Understanding of the charity sector and fundraising regulations
7. Proficiency in CRM systems
