In addition to fulfilling the Person Specification, the successful candidate will: Be a pro-active, flexible and positive team member. Be enthusiastic and empathetic with children in their care. Support children in their play and ensure a safe and orderly playground environment. Deal with any issues with patience following the school’s positive behaviour policy. Encourage healthy eating and good table manners in the dining hall. As part of the team, ensure the hall is cleared and cleaned by the end of lunchtime. Be willing to take on any professional development including first aid training. be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and young people.
