FLT Counterbalance Driver We are working with a leading company in the UK specialising in steel finishing services, including hot dip galvanizing, spin galvanizing, shot blasting, and powder coating. Key responsibilities – FLT Counterbalance Driver: In this role, you’ll operate a Forklift Truck (Counterbalance) to move products and materials throughout the production facility and yard. Safety is paramount, so you’ll need to ensure safety measures are in place while handling heavy materials. You'll also collaborate with production teams to maintain workflow and achieve daily targets. Skills & experience- FLT Counterbalance Driver: * Have over three months of experience operating a counterbalance truck. * Hold a current counterbalance forklift truck certification. * Possess proven experience in loading and unloading vehicles. * Have a strong understanding of paperwork, particularly in reading and numeracy. * Be available to work rotating day shifts. * Be open to an initial 12-week temp-to-perm arrangement.
