A starting OTE of £40,000 - £50,000 in your first year while you settle in, get fully trained and learn the business is achievable. In year two, realistic commission targets offer potential earnings of £60,000 on top of your base, with uncapped commission potential in the years that follow.

* Finding our customers the best possible funding options from our panel of over 20 lenders,
* Delivering excellent customer service to our extensive customer database – no cold calling
* Putting customers behind the wheel of their dream vehicle,
* Keeping customers informed at every stage of the customer journey,
* Growing, nurturing and expanding a relationship with customers so they think of you, and only you, whenever they fancy a new vehicle,
* Giving the customer a 5* experience from start to finish.

* Having worked in a FCA regulated environment is desirable
* At least 2 years’ experience of motor trade/dealership is desirable.
* At least 2 years' experience in sales within a target-driven environment is essential.
